Logan City enjoys a mix of rural and urban landscapes and provides a less congested and developed atmosphere in comparison to its surrounding urbanised centres.
At the same time it offers high quality and centralised retail facilities and community services. The rural components in particular provide important leisure values and recreation opportunities. The SEQ climate, together with a varied offering of natural parklands are also attractive features.
