Logan Property & Development Activity
Logan's development and investment potential is firmly on the rise, and as a result a new report has been produced by the Logan Office of Economic Development (LOED) to highlight development activity and opportunities across Logan City. LOED commissioned CB Richard Ellis, an international leader in commercial real estate services, to prepare the report for Logan.
The report covers current economic conditions; key demographic and population information; supply, demand and sales analysis in the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
The next issue will be for the end of this financial year and will be distributed sometime in late July. Future issues will be published on a biannual basis.
