Logan also boasts some of Australia's top schools, both private and public, and enjoys strong strategic links with Griffith University whose Logan campus is based in Meadowbrook. Professional Services
Already home to many financial and professional service firms, Springwood boasts a major bus interchange, two regional shopping centres and range of service businesses including banks, child care, coffee shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and clubs.

Springwood has attracted significant developer interest with a number of new commercial high-rise and mixed use buildings at various stages of Council approval. The proposed $350 million BMW Motorline development will provide a variety of choice for commercial office space for the future.

Beenleigh is conveniently located adjacent to the M1 freeway and has a passenger rail stop in the heart of town. With a growing commercial base and close linkages with the Yatala Enterprise Area and the Beenleigh Yatala Chamber of Commerce, Beenleigh is well placed for future business growth.

Meadowbrook and Loganlea are home to Griffith University, Logan Hospital and other allied health enterprises and Logan TAFE making this area a dynamic innovation hub with enormous growth potential.

Logan Central is the City's civic heart and is home to Logan City Council's main administration centre, employment service providers, the Logan Art Gallery, and hospitality service providers.  Logan Central is also strategically placed for transit oriented development (TOD) as it provides a passenger rail station in close proximity to its commercial, civic and retail centre.
