Opening of new innovative business in Meadowbrook
Scientific Educational Supplies & Mediquip now in Meadowbrook - Mayor Pam Parker officially opened a valuable new Logan business, Scientific Educational Supplies (SES), on Monday 17 August 2009.
Both companies are now established in University Drive, Meadowbrook strategically located in close proximity to Logan Hospital, TAFE, Griffith University. SES delivers medical educational equipment solutions and Mediquip specialises in biomedical and medical gas equipment.
SES produces a range of medical training products at its 1280sqm custom designed building in Meadowbrook, ranging from human patient and associated simulators, diagnostic and measuring equipment to zoology models.
Mediquip was established in 1983 and has grown to become a pre-eminent force in the fields of biomedical and medical gas equipment selling to and servicing customers throughout Australia in all states and territories.
Meadowbrook is fast becoming a major health and education precinct in South East Queensland and these companies make an important contribution to Logan's growing knowledge-based industries and our culture of innovation.
