Green Team Goes Live
Career Keys Green Team launched their informative new environmental sustainability website thinkglobalactlocal.org.au on Tuesday the 6th of October.
The new website was launched as part of an initiative to share valuable tips and interesting facts on how residents and businesses can reduce their environmental impact whilst saving money.
Career Keys Green Team Coordinator, Ms Claire Forbes, said for the previoius six weeks the Green Team had conducted surveys and collected information from local community members and businesses across Logan. Information gathered has been helpful to the team in gaining an insight as to what the current knowledge base of those surveyed is, and also in identifying areas requiring further information sharing to increase the knowledge base of how to reduce the environmental footprint.
The website is part of a broad range of information available to Logan residents and businesses, and information sessions will also be held to further assist in developing knowledge and the steps to follow, to effectively implement sustainable initiatives.
