Logan small businesses see "Critical Non-Essentials" in action!
The BizConnect Centre organised a visit to an outstanding Logan business that is leading the way in great customer service.
Recently the BizConnect Centre team were very pleased to organise a tour of one of Logan City's leading customer service focused businesses. Glenn Elin from Animal World Pet Motel escorted the owners of 14 small businesses on a tour of his excellent facility and explained, in detail the strategies behind many of his innovative concepts.
Glenn has spent many years developing his model and last year attended a BizConnect training program that focused his thinking and put a name to his marketing strategies. Critical Non-Essentials (CNE's) are all of the little things that prospects and customers use to measure how good a business really is and Glenn has perfected his CNE's to the 'enth' degree.
All 14 business owners were really impressed with what Glenn showed them and went back to their businesses with a far better understanding of how paying attention to the little things in their business can mean huge payoffs for them and their customers.
