First FLEx Logan City export session delivered - "Effective marketing tools to grow your business"

In partnership with the Australian Institute of Export (AIEx), Logan Office of Economic Development (LOED) hosted the first FLEx (Future Leaders in Export) Logan City event at Springwood Towers Hotel on 3 September. The theme of the seminar was "Effective marketing tools to grow your business" with a strong emphasis on tradeshows.

  In a round table discussion format with 15 Logan exporters participating, Phillip Litton, Director - Export Solutions provided a concise overview on utilising national and international trade shows to help generate potential business.  Mr Litton discussed the importance of targeting key events, preparation, delivery and showcasing products and services to the best of its advantages and event follow up with key contacts.  He also provided a number of hints and suggestions as to get the most out of the event and to be aware of potential pitfalls for exhibitors.  To view Mr Litton's presentation please click here
