Delfin Woodlands wins UDIA (QLD) Boral Awards for Excellence 2010
Delfin Lend Lease has won both Queensland's best Residential Subdivision and Queensland's best Affordable Housing categories for its Woodlands development at Waterford, as well as taking out the overall State President's Awards.
The win is a major coup for the five-year old Delfin Woodlands, which has experienced rapid growth in recent months as it forms part of the booming Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor.
The Queensland State President's Award is judged on superior innovation in development or significant improvement in standards or image of the urban development industry in Queensland, with the award given only to 'the best of the best'.
Delfin Lend Lease Project Director Greg Tupicoff said Delfin Woodlands was a success story in Queensland residential masterplanned communities.
Upon completion, the 137-hectare Woodlands community will be home to more than 3,500 people.
