As a valued member of the Logan community, your feedback is sought on future development in Berrinba.
Logan City Council in conjunction with the Logan Office of Economic Development, desyn property and Urban Economics, is conducting market research to discover the future wants and needs of local businesses to ensure their longevity and success.
We need your help to complete this on-line survey which will only take a few minutes of your time. Through this survey, Council will realise the business community's needs (expansion/property requirements) over the medium and long term which will help drive economic growth for Logan City.
The main focus of the survey is getting the right fit in planning for the Berrinba precinct, situated west of the Logan Entertainment Centre on the eastern side of Wembley Rd, which boasts approximately 120 hectares for development purposes.
The results of this survey will be used to inform future commercial and industrial development of the Berrinba precinct.
